Public Property Get GetSystemDirectory( _
    ) As String

"Get Windows System Directory Name"
Returns the name of the Windows system directory,
usually "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM"

Example: 
    GetSystemDirectory = "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM"
