Technical Support: We accept technical support requests via telephone, fax, electronic mail, and regular mail. Technical support is available between 9 A.M. and 5 P.M. Pacific Time weekdays. That is 17:00 GMT through 01:00 GMT October through April, and 16:00 GMT through 00:00 GMT April through October. You can call and leave a voice mail message for us when we are closed.
