Converts radians to degrees.

Examples:
    RadiansToDegrees(-Pi / 4) = -45
    RadiansToDegrees(0) = 0
    RadiansToDegrees(Pi / 4) = 45
    RadiansToDegrees(Pi / 2) = 90
    RadiansToDegrees(Pi) = 180
    RadiansToDegrees(2 * Pi) = 360
    RadiansToDegrees(4 * Pi) = 720
