Return the name of the directory where the Entisoft Tools windows executable or dynamic link library file is located.

Summary: Provides access to the Path property of the Visual Basic App object for the Entisoft Tools program.
Examples: 
    ' Assumes Entisoft Tools 1.0 Object Library
    ' (among other things)
    ? est.Path
    C:\Windows\System\EST1_0
